- Limit and see the number of passengers and luggage each vehicle is carrying.
- Keep track of every requested pickup, including guest location, phone number, confirmation number clothing, amount of passengers and luggage per request.
- See the status of every guest, and receive alerts if the pickup service has not been confirmed in a timely fashion.
The guest will be able to:
- Request the pickup service without the need to download the app.
- Track the shuttle and see the estimated time of arrival.
